An older carved Chinese jade elephant made during the last century.  Substantial size is 130mm long, 52mm across and 42mm high.  Elephant is symbolic of wisdon, protection  and good luck.   Genuine jade elephant carvings are rare because there are often damages caused during the carving especially to Elephant's trunk area.  This jade elephant carving is in good condition, no cracks, and well polished all around.  Original  box included.

Elephant is made from genuine and natural old Xiu jade in China.  Purchased from a vintage museum collection during YYJ shopping trip in China in 2001.
